ECMSR Stage 2 : Baltimore to Philly

Today we rode about 115 miles on a super hilly route from Baltimore to DC. Krista expertly navigated us out of Baltimore and got us ahead of some of the men’s teams.
The hills would not quit and it was tough at times but we all powered through.
By the time we got to the outskirts of Philly, it had started raining and it just kept coming down harder on our way into the city. We took possibly the worst route through Philly on Chestnut street heading east and had to stop at every single red light.
We finally got to the reload store and were so happy to be done for the day and eat.
Tomorrow we go to NYC and I can’t wait to sleep in my own bed.
